These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Orbi.pk platform as a registered seller. By creating an account, listing products, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined herein. This Agreement is legally binding and applies to all sellers registered on Orbi.pk.

1. Account Registration

To become a seller on Orbi.pk, you must complete the registration process by submitting accurate, current, and complete personal and business information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Valid phone number
  • Active email address
  • Physical business address (if applicable)
  • CNIC or Passport for identity verification

You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your mobile number and email to complete verification. Failure to verify will result in denial or termination of account access.

Sellers are solely responsible for the security of their account credentials. Report any unauthorized activity immediately. Orbi.pk is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.

2. Free Trial & Subscription Terms

Upon verification, sellers receive a three (3) month free trial. After that:

  • A subscription fee of $3.50 USD/month (or local equivalent) will be charged.
  • Subscription is non-refundable and billed monthly.
  • Missed payments may limit or suspend account access.
  • Sellers may modify or cancel subscriptions anytime via the seller dashboard or support.

3. Seller's Data Privacy & Security

We prioritize your data's confidentiality and security:

  • All sensitive data is encrypted using industry standards.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • Data may be shared only with essential service providers (e.g., payment processors).
  • Orbi.pk complies with applicable Pakistani data protection laws.

By using the platform, you consent to data collection and use as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Product Listing & Legal Compliance

All product listings are subject to review. Sellers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Listing illegal, counterfeit, or banned items
  • Misleading customers with false images or pricing
  • Violating intellectual property laws

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove non-compliant listings
  • Suspend or terminate seller accounts
  • Report illegal activities to authorities

5. Payments, Earnings & Payout Schedule

Payments to sellers occur after:

  1. Order is delivered successfully
  2. Delivery is confirmed
  3. No buyer disputes within the resolution window

Funds are transferred within 7 working days to your wallet or bank account. Payments may be withheld if:

  • Transactions are fraudulent
  • There is a high return rate
  • There are active disputes

Service fees, taxes, or FX adjustments may apply.

6. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution

Orbi.pk offers 24/7 customer support. You may submit support tickets for issues regarding:

  • Account access
  • Product listings
  • Payments or delivery
  • Buyer disputes

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Sellers must cooperate during investigations.

7. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check updates. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination of Account

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Engage in unethical or illegal behavior
  • Receive repeated buyer complaints
  • Try to bypass Orbi.pk systems

All outstanding payments must be cleared before closure. Funds may be held during reviews.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Karachi courts, unless stated otherwise.

By registering and using the Orbi.pk seller platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
